What will I need for My Signing?

....wonderful question, glad you asked!

1. You'll need a valid and unexpired state ID for all signers involved in the signing. Or a witness that says you are who you claim to be [that person would need an unexpired state issued ID].

2. Please ensure the document is filled out with NO blank spaces and left unsigned. 

​

3. Does the document have a witness signature line? If so then you'll need at the signing, the number of witnesses the document is asking for. All witnesses must have valid state issued identification instrument such as a drivers license, state ID, or passport. 

​

4. All signers must be present, coherently aware, and signing of their own free will. 

​

5. Lastly, please ensure the signing environment is clean, safe, and confidential; away from any listeners not directly involved with the signing.
